helpful staff hotel room great amenities
The staff was friendly. i appreciated the gentleman with long dreads. He was very patient. i loved the hotel room and its amenities. i found the hotel very nice, and i will return.
the cleaning services were subpar. i never received vanity kits and was missing small towels after the first night. soap was not refilled. there was a visible blood stain on the carpet upon check-in, disgusting.

Solid choice for a business trip

The breakfast buffet has plenty of choices with an eggs-to-order station, a GREAT thing. I dined in the different restaurants, and all food was of great quality. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent with convenient access to major landmarks and business hubs.
The gym was very small, and it easily became overcrowded during peak hours. Some poolside loungers did not have the option of shade, like umbrellas. This lack of shade made it difficult to enjoy the pool during the hottest part of the day.

a decent stay
breakfast buffet helpful staff small gym poor view
the breakfast buffet had many options with an eggs-to-order station. all the restaurant food was of great quality. all staff were friendly and helpful. i was actually surprised.
The gym was very small. It easily became overcrowded. the view wasn't particularly great. I looked out onto the motorway. it wasn't very picturesque. this was a letdown.

mixed experience with some issues
slow elevators leaking toilet
The elevators were slow. I often took the stairs because there were too many guests for the available elevators. my bathroom had a leaking toilet. Staff said it could not be checked beforehand. the new room had no water pressure and a tv with a weird line. I was tired of complaining.
